Warranty & Returns

• Defect or Missing Parts:

Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects or missing parts. Photo documentation and proof of purchase are required.

• Manufacturer Warranty:

All new products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. At our discretion, this may be resolved through repair, replacement, or store credit.

• Return Authorization (RMA):

All returns must be approved in advance and issued an RMA. Items must be returned in original packaging.

• Non-Defective Returns (New Products Only):

New, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, free of any damage, stains, markings, odors, or signs of use. A 25% restocking fee applies.

• Used or Consigned Items:

All pre-owned, or consigned items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

• Transit Damage:

Any damage during delivery must be noted and reported to QuickCouches at the time of delivery. Claims made after delivery may not be accepted.

• Restocking Fee:

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns. No restocking fee applies to verified manufacturer defects.
