Warranty & Returns

• Valid for 30 days from purchase for defects or missing parts (photo proof and invoice needed).

• 1-year coverage for manufacturing defects—repairs, replacement, or store credit available.

• Customers must obtain an RMA, return items in original packaging, and pay a 25% restocking fee, unless the defect is manufacturer-related.

• No returns on used, assembled, or floor model sofas. Claims for damage during transit must be made with the carrier.
